Neil and Maeve’s wedding at Finnebrogue Woods was such a brilliant day to capture 🖤

Great to be back at Finnebrogue Woods and great to see how it has grown over the years. The venue has incredible woodland surroundings, a peaceful lakeside view, and plenty of natural spots making it a dream for a wedding photographer. We did a quick photoshoot on arrival and another at sunset, but most of the day was spent letting Neil and Maeve enjoy the drinks reception. My goal is always to keep a couple with their guests as much as possible, rather than having a long photoshoot, and we were able to achieve this at Finnebrogue.

Derek Ewing was the toastmaster and did a brilliant job keeping the day flowing, full of charm and banter. Vicki at Berry and Buds created the flowers, and they looked incredible for the setting of Finnebrogue Woods. One of the highlights was Maeve’s dad giving his speech. Funny, heartfelt, and full of pride, it was genuinely one of the best father-of-the-bride speeches I’ve witnessed, ever. Sugartown Road kept the evening energy high and the dancefloor full, like they always do.
